Who am I?

„Sentir Más“ is spanish for „to Sense or to Feel More“. And the latin culture really knows how to feel. They feel their body, their senses, and emotions.

In the west, we tend to sense more with our minds, to live mindfully. Living a conscious life, in harmony with nature, is generally more sought after than in other cultures.

In India and the eastern cultures, to sense more, really means to get in contact with something beyond the senses. To feel the more that is beyond everything.

This is a very brief generalization of how we feel in different cultures. But if they combine their ways of sensing, we can reach new heights, never known to us before.

This is what this page and the content is all about. Not to just make us sense like a latino, or like an indian, or european. But to sense this mysterious „More“. To guide ourselves towards beyond of what we have known before.

It is also an homage-

to the feminine – the natural born masters of sensing and feeling. And we men can learn greatly from that. Not to become or copy women, but to support her, to really feel her, and let her feel herself. As deeply as she can, and as deeply as she longs to feel us as well. To embody what she needs, so she can experience and enjoy her life to the fullest. And to guide her back into her deepest most fulfilling nature.

To be of service-

to the feminine also requires us men to be of service to our fellow brothers. To support them in their mission and life. In getting better every day. Never letting us getting downtrodden by the discrimination of others. And instead, support even the lost ones on their journey back home. Finally walking together as brothers and sisters of the one infinite reality we all originate from.

It is also a promise-

to feel more than what our senses can catch. To dare to look behind the curtain. To be in the moment and the now. And to learn to be there. Without ignoring what is in front of it. To feel and see the totality of what is.

Personally,

It is also a big exercise and request for my self. To see and be seen. To put truths and thoughts out there that are neither common, nor comfortable. But worth enough to share and risk the potential consequences. Which is important. And the only real solution, after growing up in a culture and society that tries to make us as small and powerless as possible. So we stay in line and do not threaten the status of those who never really dare anything worthwile.

This site is dedicated-

to those who sense that there is more. And who long for it. To get back into our own power. In a way that is fruitful and benefitial for ourselves and those around us. To learn to Feel More. And to explore this „More“. To guide others to feel it themselves as well. Or to give someone a glimpse of our own „More“. And to experience someone else‘s „More“. So that we can all live with a deeper acceptance and appreciation for each other‘s paths. To live and experience it with more joy, more play, and more lightheartedness.

To feel more-

means being more present, more in the here and now, more in the body and more in the real Truth. It means to become more whole, to explore a greater spectrum of what is. To feel the deeper layers of ourselves, of Truth and of the Universe. To get in contact with and stabilize the benefitial energies which are all around us, all the time, in even the farest and darkest corners. And even beyond that. We just have to tap into it. And this happens by realizing and feeling it.

One of my teachers once said:

„Always look for more — there is always more!“

This comes down as deep as to the principle of the manifested and the unmanifested universe. Both with infinite potential, but with the fact that the unmanifested is simply always more. Even more than more itself. And even that. It is beyond anything we can imagine, as it is beyond even thought or perception itself.

The benefitial energies are always there, in any situation, and in many forms, eagerly waiting to support us.

This site should inspire-

those who have that spark and desire within them. To realize and find their real potential, beauty and magic. To embody the bliss and joy again. The bliss and joy we are essentially made of. Even if it seems burried or lost sometimes. To inspire those who feel that it is missing in their lives, in their relationships or experiences.

Getting in contact with it is the biggest pleasure. And the place where all religions and spiritual traditions and teachings originate from. It is the common source of all saints and sages, of all mystics, aspirants, artists & lovers — our very own essence and potential!

It is the highest Truth, the biggest Beauty and Joy. It is our most whole Self, our Core Observer — our Dearest Friend!

This should be the spirit and purpose of this site, of all it offers, and of anyone involved. To go on that long journey into ourselves. To find it, taste it, and to merge with that essence. This I wish for everyone!
